Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Parametric division seeks a seasoned professional to lead enterprise process management initiatives. You will apply disciplined analytics across cross-functional programs, ensuring processes, operating models and governance are clearly defined and reusable across projects.

You will establish standards, develop artefacts, and drive structured decision-making, working with business, operations, technology and risk to deliver measurable improvements and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in Business Process Management, Operating Model Design, Business Analysis or Business Architecture.
Strong end-to-end process thinking and the ability to decompose complex cross-functional processes.
Experience supporting complex cross-functional change within large organizations (financial services preferred).
Confident facilitator who can challenge assumptions and build consensus across stakeholders.
Adapt approach, depth and communication style to suit different stakeholders for collaboration and decisions.
Experience producing structured process artefacts that inform business and technology decisions.
Proficient in BPMN and process modelling tools (Signavio, Visio or Lucid).
Advanced Microsoft Office, Confluence and emerging AI productivity tools.
Working knowledge of Camunda is a strong advantage.
Credentials in BPM, Process Architecture, Operating Model Design or Enterprise Transformation are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead process discovery and operating model analysis across strategic initiatives.
Facilitate workshops to challenge assumptions and map ownership, data impacts and rules.
Assess change across people, process, platform and data with practical recommendations.
Develop current and future state process models using BPMN and artefacts.
Build and embed the Enterprise Process & Operating Model Framework with standards and templates.
Maintain enterprise process knowledge with governance and reusable inputs.
