Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process management or related roles.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in process documentation and process mapping tools.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization initiatives for new product development, research, and technology development across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes across engineering, offering, integrated supply chain, advanced manufacturing, commercial, and finance.
• Develop and document current and future state processes, procedures, and associated policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support implementation of standardized processes and monitor adoption across the organization.
