Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Parametric team is seeking a senior professional to establish enterprise discipline across complex initiatives, ensuring processes are understood and decisions are supported by analysis. You will work across business, operations, technology and risk to embed standards and reusable process assets.

You'll apply investment management domain expertise to the end-to-end trade lifecycle and help shape the operating model, partnering across disciplines to deliver change with governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Business Process Management, Operating Model Design, Business Analysis or Business Architecture.
• Strong end-to-end process thinking with the ability to decompose complex, cross-functional business processes.
• Practitioner investment management domain expertise across the end-to-end trade lifecycle and associated non-financial risks and controls.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional change within large organizations in investment management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery and operating model analysis across strategic initiatives, translating complex business challenges into clear, decision-ready artefacts.
• Facilitate workshops to challenge assumptions, identify process gaps, dependencies, business rules, data impacts and unresolved ownership before solution decisions are made.
• Assess change across people, process, platform and data, translating process insights into practical operating model considerations and implementation recommendations.
• Apply investment management and trade lifecycle expertise to identify process, data, operating model, risk and control implications of change.
• Develop current and future state process models, using BPMN and other structured artefacts appropriate to the decision being supported.
• Build and embed the Enterprise Process & Operating Model Framework by developing standards, templates, modelling conventions and reusable process assets.
• Maintain enterprise process knowledge, ensuring process information is governed, reusable and provides consistent inputs into business and technology decisions.
