Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Operations Senior Associate within Parametric's Data Operations team. You will oversee the data quality and delivery of critical investment data across the firm, while supporting strategic data initiatives and scalable data solutions.

You will collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and investment stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data, enabling improved decision-making and efficiency across EDM and downstream systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• Strong background in Market data and Pricing data within the financial industry
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management best practices

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day activities within the Data Operations team related to Reference and Market Data.
• Support mastering and maintenance of critical investment data across EDM, internal data services, and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, resolve issues, and support platform initiatives.
• Coordinate data onboarding, testing, validation, and implementation for new data sources and data elements.
• Maintain controls, metrics, and escalation processes for data accuracy and timeliness.
• Balance daily production tasks with strategic initiatives to support firm goals.
