Job summary

Morgan Stanley Parametric in Minneapolis is recruiting for a senior role to lead enterprise process and operating model initiatives. You will drive cross-functional change and develop standard operating models, using BPMN and artefacts to guide decisions.

The role emphasizes governance, reusable assets, and collaboration with Business, Operations, Technology, Architecture, and Risk to ensure clear ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Business Process Management, Operating Model Design, Business Analysis or Business Architecture.
• Strong end-to-end process thinking and decomposing cross-functional processes.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional change within large financial services organizations.
• Confident facilitator who can challenge assumptions and build consensus across stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt approach to different stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Experience producing structured process artefacts informing decisions.
• Proficient in BPMN and process modelling tools (Signavio, Visio, Lucid).
• Advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence).
• Working knowledge of Camunda is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery and operating model analysis across strategic initiatives, translating challenges into artefacts.
• Facilitate workshops to challenge assumptions, identify gaps and ownership before decisions.
• Assess change across people, process, platform and data for actionable recommendations.
• Develop current and future state process models using BPMN and structured artefacts.
• Build and embed the Enterprise Process & Operating Model Framework with standards and templates.
• Maintain enterprise process knowledge and ensure governance and reuse.
