Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Talent, HR transformation, or related roles within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of talent processes and HR operating models.
• Proven program and project management from strategy through execution.
• Ability to identify pain points, simplify workflows, and design scalable models.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, cross-region and cross-function collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across HR, Technology, and business to advance Talent priorities.
• Redesign Talent operating models to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Evaluate Talent processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.
• Develop materials and updates that clarify trade-offs, risks, and impact.
• Manage complex programs from concept to delivery with governance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with HR, Technology, vendors and partners for implementation and adoption.
• Use data and metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
