Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑level testing strategies across multi‑site health systems.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with medical directors, CMOs, lab directors, and population health leaders.
• Design end‑to‑end diagnostic and monitoring ecosystems and integrate testing into EMR and care pathways.
• Define KPIs for testing performance and collaborate with analytics teams on dashboards.
