Amplity is seeking a Precision Medicine Liaison to lead precision medicine initiatives across multiple health systems, aligning clinical, operational, and strategic priorities to optimize workflows and patient outcomes.

You will influence medical directors, CMOs, lab leaders, and population health teams; design scalable testing models; and collaborate with analytics to build outcome-focused dashboards. Willingness to travel up to 70% is required.

• Strong clinical and business acumen in diagnostics with oncology focus.
• Experience in stakeholder management, data analytics and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to drive system-wide change and influence policy.

Aufgaben

• Architect enterprise-level testing strategies across multi-site health systems.
• Influence medical directors, CMOs, lab directors, and population health leaders.
• Design end-to-end diagnostic and monitoring ecosystems and integrate testing protocols into EMR and care pathways.
• Define KPIs for testing performance and link metrics to patient outcomes and value-based care.
• Mentor and develop other PMLs, codify best practices into playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and navigate governance to sponsor consensus.
