Amplity is seeking a Precision Medicine Liaison for the Midwest to drive and optimize precision medicine initiatives across complex health systems. You will align clinical, operational, and strategic priorities, and lead stakeholder engagement to advance diagnostic excellence and patient outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical and business acumen in diagnostics, plus ability to influence policy, mentor teams, and design scalable workflows across hospitals and clinics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• An advanced degree in life sciences is considered a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or device sales industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in diagnostics (IVD or laboratory) is highly preferred.
• Experience in oncology is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Architect enterprise-level testing strategies across multi-site health systems.
• Influence medical directors, CMOs, lab directors, and population health leaders.
• Design end-to-end diagnostic and monitoring workflows integrated into EMRs and care pathways.
• Develop dashboards with analytics teams to monitor performance.
• Mentor other PMLs and influence national strategy.
