Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Precision Medicine Liaison to lead enterprise testing strategies across multi-site health systems, aligning clinical, operational, and financial goals. The role interfaces with medical directors, CMOs, and lab leaders to optimize workflows and outcomes.

You will design scalable diagnostic models, integrate EMR-ready testing, and define KPIs that connect testing to patient outcomes and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences considered a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or device sales industry; oncology experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, data analytics, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level precision medicine testing strategies across multi-site health systems.
• Influence medical directors, CMOs, lab directors, and population health leaders.
• Design end-to-end diagnostic workflows and integrate testing into EMR, care pathways, and quality programs.
• Define KPIs linking testing to patient outcomes and value-based care.
• Navigate leadership governance and sponsor consensus across service lines.
