Job summary

Amplity in the Midwest seeks a Precision Medicine Liaison to drive precision medicine initiatives across multi-site health systems. You will align clinical, operational, and strategic priorities, shaping testing workflows, EMR integration, and governance to advance diagnostic excellence and patient outcomes.

This leadership role partners with medical directors, CMOs, lab directors, and analytics teams to design scalable models, monitor KPIs, and build capability across the enterprise while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Advanced life sciences degree is considered a plus.
Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or device sales.
Experience in oncology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-level testing strategies for multi-site health systems.
Lead cross-functional alignment across clinical, laboratory, IT, and finance teams.
Design end-to-end diagnostic and monitoring ecosystems and integrate into EMR and care pathways.
Define KPIs and dashboards with analytics teams to monitor performance.
