Job summary

Amplity Health in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Precision Medicine Liaison to lead system-wide diagnostic initiatives across multi-site health systems.

You will collaborate with medical directors, CMOs, lab leaders and IT teams to design scalable workflows, integrate EMR care pathways, and align testing with value-based care. A bachelor’s degree is required; 4+ years in pharma/diagnostics and oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced life sciences degree is a plus.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or device sales or related fields.
• Experience in oncology is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence policy and organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-level testing and diagnostic strategies for multi-site health systems.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among clinical, laboratory, IT, and finance teams.
• Design scalable workflows and integrate testing into EMR care pathways and quality programs.
• Define KPIs and collaborate with analytics to monitor performance and outcomes.
