Job summary

Amplity Health seeks a Precision Medicine Liaison to lead strategic initiatives across multi-site health systems, aligning clinical, operational, and strategic priorities. You will drive diagnostic excellence, engage stakeholders, and optimize workflows to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data analytics, and policy influence, with broad cross-functional leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced life sciences degree considered a plus.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or device sales.
• Experience in diagnostics (IVD or laboratory) strongly preferred; oncology preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-level testing strategies across multi-site health systems.
• Influence key stakeholders such as medical directors and CMOs.
• Design end-to-end diagnostic workflows and EMR integration across care pathways.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards with analytics teams to monitor performance.
• Mentor and build capability within teams.
