Job summary

Humana is seeking a Portfolio Enablement Lead to guide portfolio operating models, ART design, and Ways of Working across multiple portfolios. You will partner with SVPs, VPs, and portfolio leaders to align strategy with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements.

You will champion Lean Portfolio Management, governance frameworks, and organizational design while driving large-scale transformation and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in enterprise transformation and portfolio leadership.
• Expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise operating models.
• Experience advising executive leadership and influencing enterprise decisions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management in executive workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and adoption of enterprise portfolio Ways of Working across assigned portfolios.
• Enable portfolio design standards, including ART structures, value stream alignment, operating models, and governance.
• Support portfolio transformation strategies and multi-year roadmaps to drive agility and outcomes.
• Influence executive leadership on portfolio optimization, investment alignment, and governance.
