Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead to shape portfolio operations, ART design, and Ways of Working across the enterprise. You will partner with senior executives to translate transformation strategy into scalable execution.

You will develop roadmaps, enable Lean- Agile practices, and mentor Release Train Engineers and portfolio teams to improve delivery, alignment, and value realization in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Active SAFe certification: SPC 6.0 (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• 8+ years of experience enabling business and technology portfolios with senior leaders in an advisory capacity
• Strong Lean Portfolio Management and Agile at scale knowledge
• Demonstrated change management expertise
• Proven ability to map value streams and align portfolio and trains

Responsibilities

• Partner with portfolio and organization leadership to enable portfolio operations
• Perform assessments to develop data-driven change strategies for key stakeholders
• Build and manage portfolio transformation roadmaps to drive executive buy-in
• Develop Release Train Engineers to Humana Ways of Working and enterprise tooling SMEs
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions and optimize adoption outcomes
• Report activity status to leadership and proactively address risks and issues
• Partner with leaders to align continuous improvement goals and MiltonHumana
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers to monitor adoption and support needs
