Humana seeks a Portfolio Enablement Lead to shape Humana's portfolio operating model and Ways of Working. You will partner with SVPs, VPs, and portfolio leaders to align strategy with scalable portfolio designs, governance, and enterprise transformation across multiple domains.

The role emphasizes enterprise enablement, architecture of portfolio frameworks, and leadership practices that enable sustainable, cross-portfolio improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, portfolio leadership, organizational design, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience advising executive leadership and influencing enterprise decisions.
• Deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile-at-scale, and operating model design.
• Proven ability to define, implement, and govern portfolio standards across multiple portfolios.
• Experience leading large-scale portfolio transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced facilitation skills for executive workshops, value stream design sessions, and forums.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency with Jira Align and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and adoption of enterprise portfolio Ways of Working across assigned portfolios.
• Develop and govern portfolio standards, ART structures, value stream alignment, and operating models.
• Drive multi-year roadmaps and transformation strategies to improve agility and outcomes.
• Influence executive leadership on investment alignment, prioritization, and model design.
• Diagnose systemic challenges and advise on improvements and constraints across portfolios.
• Coach and develop Senior Portfolio Enablement Leads and transformation practitioners.
