Deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and at-scale transformation.
Experience defining, implementing, and governing portfolio standards across multiple portfolios.
Led large-scale portfolio transformation initiatives and organizational change.
Advanced facilitation for executive workshops and governance forums.
Proven ability to mentor transformation professionals at multiple levels.
Strong proficiency with Jira Align and Azure DevOps; executive-level reporting.
Translate enterprise strategy into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead evolution of enterprise portfolio Ways of Working across assigned portfolios.
Enable portfolio design standards, ART structures, and governance frameworks.
Develop and execute multi-year portfolio transformation roadmaps.
Influence executive leadership on investment and operating model design.
Diagnose systemic risks and opportunities for improvement across portfolios.
Facilitate executive planning and decision-making sessions to resolve priorities.
Coach Senior Portfolio Enablement Leads and transformation practitioners.
Partner with leaders to align portfolio models with goals and regulatory requirements.
Establish portfolio metrics and governance to measure health and progress.
Drive Lean Portfolio Management adoption and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Serve as escalation point for systemic challenges and provide improvement recommendations.
Champion enterprise standards across portfolio operations, tooling, AI, security, and compliance.
Foster leadership coaching and capability-building for portfolio leadership.
