Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation and portfolio leadership.
• Deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise operating model design.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience with Jira Align and Azure DevOps for portfolio management.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

• Lead enterprise portfolio Ways of Working across portfolios.
• Define and govern portfolio standards, design ART structures.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps to drive agility and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive planning and decision-making sessions.

• Promote enterprise AI adoption, governance, security, and compliance.
