Job summary

Craftsman Technology Group in Boston, MA is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM) to lead a portfolio of strategic nonprofit clients. You will define near- and long-term goals, facilitate conversations with senior stakeholders, and craft actionable recommendations.

This senior, client-facing role oversees multi-workstream delivery across technology assessments, ongoing support, deployments, and transformative projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects or programs for clients with dynamic needs.
• Deep knowledge of nonprofit/public sector technology needs and solutions.
• Expert-level relationship management with C-suite and Executive Director-level stakeholders.
• Ability to lead internal and client-facing conversations with confidence.
• Identify and resolve team dynamics issues to keep delivery on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients with complex technology needs and multiple workstreams.
• Guide clients in creating strategies for near-, medium-, and long-term priorities.
• Review, prioritize, and balance work across workstreams to meet priorities.
• Identify portfolio-level growth opportunities across service lines.
• Manage budget and contribute to overall firm profitability.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for the portfolio and direct corrective action.
• Develop enterprise-client best practices and mentor the team.
• Contribute to Craftsman’s Service Delivery Methodology.
• Responsibilities may evolve with the firm’s needs.
