This is a senior client-facing role, with responsibility for budget performance, service delivery, and ensuring productive collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects or programs for clients with dynamic needs.
• Deep knowledge of nonprofit or public sector tech needs and solutions.
• Executive-level relationship management with C-suite and ED stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients with complex technology needs and multiple workstreams.
• Guide clients in creating strategies for near-, medium-, and long-term priorities.
• Balance work across workstreams to meet long-term strategic priorities.
