Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key metrics.
• Mitigate risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, steering reviews, and executive communications.
• Ensure governance, methodologies, and policies are followed.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote PM best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, resources, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
