Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an Enterprise PLM Business Solutions Lead to advance our PLM strategy using Windchill across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery and guide governance, data, and process improvements.

You will partner with stakeholders to establish standard Windchill configurations, data models, and workflows that enable a digital-thread of product information across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of PLM processes and enterprise data.
• Functional Windchill expertise across parts, documents, and BOMs.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PLM Leader to translate digital-thread vision into capabilities.
• Define governance and data-ownership for PLM across functions.
• Lead solution delivery, testing, training, and adoption.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.
• Evaluate Windchill configurations against business value and standards.
