Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise PLM Solutions Lead to advance our Product Lifecycle Management strategy and digital thread across Windchill and connected platforms. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, IT, quality, and supply chain to translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions.

The role emphasises governance, data quality, and standardization while driving adoption of model-based and BOM-driven processes throughout the enterprise. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive PLM process knowledge and Windchill experience.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and specs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop business solutions using Windchill and connected apps.
• Define functional design for Windchill object types and workflows.
• Design processes for Change Requests, Deviation, Variance, and Change Notices.
• Establish CAD-to-BOM processes and product structures across domains.
• Support product configuration, options, and variants management.
• Evaluate solutions against business value and enterprise standards.
• Review configurations to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Partner with PLM Leader to translate digital-thread vision into capabilities.
• Establish governance and system-of-record ownership between Windchill and ERP/MES.
