Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a PLM Engineer with deep experience operating either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in large enterprise environments.

In this role you will own the technical operation of the PLM platform — installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability — and partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant, and secure PLM ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
Hands-on with Windchill or Teamcenter in production.
Strong PLM upgrades and migrations experience.
Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server DB administration.
Linux/Unix administration and HA/DR experience.
Scripting skills: shell/Python/Ansible.
Good troubleshooting and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Own the technical operation of the PLM platform (installation, configuration, upgrades).
Performance tuning, migrations, and integrations for a reliable PLM ecosystem.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and functional teams.
Maintain documentation and ensure platform reliability and security.
