You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT, and other functions to translate business needs into standardized PLM processes and actionable requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in PLM, product development, or digital transformation.
• Strong Windchill knowledge and enterprise product processes.
• Experience designing PLM workflows and data governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with product-data stakeholders.
• Run discovery sessions to understand processes and requirements.
• Design future processes for product information management.
• Define Windchill configurations and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Guide change-management and adoption.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps.
