Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Windchill Architect to lead enterprise PLM architecture and solution planning for a complex Windchill implementation. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical and functional solutions while engaging directly with customer leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required are 10+ years of PLM experience with Windchill, and at least 3 years in an architecture leadership role.

Qualifications

10+ years of overall PLM experience with strong Windchill hands-on expertise.
At least 3 years in Windchill Solution Architect or equivalent architecture leadership role.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and to drive stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Windchill solution architecture, design, and implementation planning.
Drive architecture and business process design aligned with PLM requirements.
Collaborate with customer leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Evaluate existing processes and design scalable Windchill configurations and solutions.
Produce architecture documentation, specifications, and design deliverables.
Lead architecture discussions and ensure alignment with EA standards and PLM best practices.
