Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced technology leader to own the program's engineering vision, architecture, and operations. You will drive platform modernization, automation, and governance across CRM, ERP, and connected systems, leading teams and aligning with business priorities.

Responsibilities include delivering secure, reliable systems, guiding DevSecOps practices, and ensuring contractual compliance while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of technology leadership overseeing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, data governance, risk, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for the contract/program, ensuring integrity and quality of engineering solutions.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet contractual requirements and performance objectives.
• Lead technical decisions on scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Document scope changes with the Program Manager and maintain clear stakeholder communications.
• Act as the senior technical interface with Program customers for reviews and briefings.
• Ensure tracking and transparency of technical work, schedules, and meetings.
• Set expectations for technical rigor and engineering discipline across the team.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
