Maximus seeks a senior technical leader to own the program's engineering vision across CRM, ERP, and platform components. You will guide architecture, integration, security, and DevSecOps while ensuring contractual requirements and SLAs are met.
You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with business leaders to drive modernization, reuse, and cost efficiency across enterprise systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise apps or platform engineering.
- 7+ years in technology leadership managing enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint.
- Experience with APIs, integration, security, and DevOps.
Responsabilités
- Own engineering lifecycle of Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and related systems.
- Lead application engineering, platform operations, and release management.
- Drive modernization, automation, reuse, simplification, and debt reduction.
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across platforms.
- Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
- Build and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability.
