Job summary

Qualifications
- > Bachelor's in related field is required.
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise platform configuration, maintenance, and operation.
- Experience with automation and scripting.
- Experience with Office 365 administration and governance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, patch, upgrade, configure, and administer enterprise platforms (Office 365, Proofpoint, SaaS platforms).
- Troubleshoot complex problems for onsite and remote users.
- Support Copilot readiness, governance, and admin configurations.
- Maintain SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive governance and site lifecycles.
