Job summary
Applied Materials seeks a seasoned Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to engineer, administer, automate, and improve our enterprise M365 environment. This hands-on role combines deep 365 administration with automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph, and Copilot agents.
You will work across platform engineering, operations, governance, security, and user enablement to reduce manual effort and scale secure AI-powered solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on engineering and administering Microsoft 365 in large enterprises.
- Broad admin experience across Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview.
- Advanced PowerShell development for production scripts and modules.
- Hands-on with Power Automate flows and low-code/API automations.
- Experience designing Copilot agents or AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 services in a large enterprise environment.
- Design, build, test, and support Copilot agents and connectors for enterprise data sources.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform automation using Power Automate and Graph APIs.
- Collaborate with security, governance, and operations to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship across engineering and support teams.
