Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an Enterprise Engineer to own the Ironclad architecture and related CLM workflows within our Legal Platforms. You will build integrations using Workato and REST APIs, ensure data integrity across migrations, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will also support adjacent platforms like Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign, with emphasis on automation, access governance, and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad or DocuSign in production.
• Experience building integrations with Workato, REST APIs, webhooks.
• Experience data migrations and reconciliations at scale.
• Ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details for stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management, including integrations to upstream and downstream systems.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs, including automation that reduces manual intake and fulfillment work across Legal platforms.
• Support and evolve adjacent Legal Platforms such as Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign, with a focus on workflows, integrations, and operational reliability.
• Execute data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and ongoing data hygiene to maintain system integrity across the legal toolchain.
• Govern platform access and credentials for Legal systems, including service account and token lifecycle management, access controls, and operational documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes and ship changes safely to production.
