Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an Enterprise Engineer to own the Legal Platforms stack, delivering scalable workflows, integrations, and data foundations across Ironclad, DocuSign, and related tools. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to implement cross-functional solutions with strong operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign in production.
• Experience building integrations using Workato and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience performing data migrations and reconciling data at scale.
• Proven ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details for stakeholders.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
• Understands access controls and security considerations for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycles, including integrations.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs to reduce manual work across Legal platforms.
• Support and evolve adjacent Legal Platforms with focus on workflows, integrations, and reliability.
• Execute data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and data hygiene tasks.
• Govern platform access and credentials, service accounts, and token lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to ship changes safely.
