Job summary

Coinbase is hiring an Enterprise Engineer for the EE Legal Platforms team to build and operate the legal technology stack, including Ironclad, Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign. You will own workflows, integrations, and data foundations, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end platform ownership, responsible AI usage, and strong collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign in production environments.
• Experience building integrations with Workato and REST APIs.
• Data migrations, bulk loads, and data integrity at scale.
• Ability to own a platform end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and CLM lifecycle including integrations.
• Build and maintain system integrations with Workato and APIs to automate intake.
• Evolve adjacent Legal Platforms like Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign.
• Execute data migrations, backfills, and data hygiene across the toolchain.
• Govern platform access, credentials, and documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to ship changes safely.
