Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an Enterprise Engineer for the EE Legal Platforms team to build and operate the workflows, integrations, and data foundations that keep the legal toolchain auditable and scalable.

You will own Ironclad architecture and contract lifecycle, develop integrations via Workato and APIs, support Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign, and ensure data hygiene and access governance across Legal systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience building integrations with Workato (or similar iPaaS), REST APIs, webhooks, and data payloads.
• Experience performing data migrations, bulk loads, and reconciliations with large data sets.
• Proven ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details to Legal/business stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Familiarity with AI copilots and evolving tools while maintaining governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management, including integrations to upstream and downstream systems.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs, automating manual intake and fulfillment in Legal platforms.
• Support and evolve adjacent Legal Platforms (Evisort, Brightflag, DocuSign) focusing on workflows and reliability.
• Execute data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and ongoing data hygiene to maintain toolchain integrity.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to deliver cross-functional outcomes and ship changes safely to production.
