Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced technology leader to own the program engineering vision across CRM, ERP, and supporting platforms. You will drive architecture, integration, DevSecOps, and operations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Candidates should have 12+ years in enterprise software, strong leadership, and a track record of modernization and cost management. The role supports remote work with program governance and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering or leadership experience on large programs.
• Strong background in enterprise platforms, architecture, and integration.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Costpoint) and DevSecOps.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's engineering vision, architecture, and delivery.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, and release management.
• Drive modernization, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure security, reliability, and regulatory compliance across systems.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Build and guide high‑performing teams and manage budgets and vendors.
• Interface with customers and contractors; communicate program status and risks.
