Job summary
Sprinklr Inc. is seeking a Platform Architect to design and lead enterprise-grade implementations across clients, translating business goals into technical roadmaps and guiding cross-functional teams.
You will collaborate with executives, enterprise architects, and development teams to define prescriptive solutions, ensure best-practice governance, and drive successful digital transformation initiatives using Sprinklr products and services.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in architect/consulting roles focusing on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
- Experience with Global System Integrator or SaaS/Cloud enterprise architecture for large programs.
- Certification familiarity: Togaf, IT4IT, CCIE, etc.
- Strong experience with call centre technology stacks, CpaaS, CCaaS, CRM/CSM.
- Enterprise architecture experience leading large programs (10+ years).
- Ability to translate business objectives into outcome-focused roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Guide prescriptive solution design and manage implementation decisions.
- Define platform solutions with out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Identify and design integrations with 3rd-party systems.
- Analyze requirements and produce architectural blueprints.
- Establish governance, ensure go-lives and ongoing support.
- Lead enterprise architecture discussions with customer stakeholders.
