Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems & Collaboration Platforms Business Operations to own the business-side operations for Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms, including Planisware, Planview Advisor, and Microsoft 365. You will drive governance, user readiness, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in operational or enterprise planning, including experience facilitating cross‑functional alignment on processes and initiatives.
• Biopharma / drug development experience preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise planning, portfolio management, project management, resource management, or collaboration platforms in regulated environments.
• Experience with governance, data stewardship, and operational SOPs or decision records.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational priorities ensuring day‑to‑day administration, platform performance, reliability, and user readiness across Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms.
• Serve as the business‑side owner for platform operations, partnering with Digital & Technology for system administration and user access management.
• Manage business administration processes including access approvals, onboarding, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate UAT activities for system enhancements and releases to ensure business readiness.
• Establish operational standards, governance documentation, and knowledge articles to support audit readiness.
• Prepare decision records and escalation packages for governance forums and operational decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to align platform operations with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Support governance/change control by evaluating impacts and implementing approved changes.
• Monitor and report key metrics such as user satisfaction, change success, and platform adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, platform effectiveness, and governance maturity.
• Maintain operational records and knowledge repositories for compliance and transparency.
