Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day platform administration, performance, and user readiness across enterprise planning and collaboration platforms.
• Manage business administration processes, including access approvals, onboarding, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for system enhancements, ensuring business readiness and customer engagement.
• Maintain governance documentation, knowledge articles, and business-rule documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare decision records, impact assessments, and escalation packages to support governance forums.
• Partner with team members across the enterprise to keep platform operations aligned with standards and strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including adoption, satisfaction, and issue resolution performance.
• Find opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and governance maturity.
