Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager who will translate enterprise planning strategy into standardized processes, templates, and integrated solutions.

The role leads planning templates and ensures adoption across Planisware, other systems, and enterprise reporting platforms. You will partner with Data Stewards, DADS, and Functional Area SMEs to deliver scalable solutions, drive governance, and sustain compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise planning, portfolio and project management in regulated environments.
• Experience implementing governance, templates, and business rules across functions.
• Ability to translate requirements into process, configuration, and reporting specifications.
• Knowledge of data quality, data flows, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute planning standards priorities and define tool usage across functions.
• Own planning template library end-to-end including intake, prioritization, version control, and releases.
• Lead technical integration between Planisware, connected systems, and reporting platforms; ensure data accuracy and decision readiness.
• Develop and communicate enterprise planning standards, business rules, and workflow guidance.
• Coordinate design reviews, testing, and implementation readiness for changes; maintain traceability documentation.
