Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise planning, process design, systems integration, template governance, or related business operations. Biopharma / drug development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute process and standards priorities across planning platforms and ensure workflow consistency across functions.
• Own the planning template library end to end, including intake, evaluation, prioritization, version control, release coordination, and alignment with current business and compliance requirements.
• Lead technical integration between PLW tools, connected systems, and enterprise reporting platforms with Data Stewards and DADS to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and decision-ready.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate enterprise planning process standards, business rules, workflow guidance, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Functional Area subject matter experts to evaluate process and template change requests, assess cross-functional impacts, and recommend scalable solutions.
