Job summary

You will craft proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain a robust pipeline while supporting go-to-market efforts in payments technology.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a customer-facing merchant services, acquiring, or payments role.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and present clearly.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with software, direct-to-consumer tech, and B2B payment flows.
• Knowledge of pricing, risk, fraud, and disputes in payments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with bank coverage teams and Treasury Services to build account plans for end-to-end solutions.
• Support prospecting, meeting prep, and create proposals and RFP responses.
• Coordinate with product, pricing, legal, and risk teams on deal structuring.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and build dashboards/reports in Salesforce and Excel.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and travel up to 25%.
