Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in organization design, operating model design, or related discipline.
• Experience advising senior executives on design decisions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise organization design and operating model strategy, standards, and governance.
• Advise senior leaders on organization design decisions including structures, spans, and accountability.
• Lead or oversee high-value organization design initiatives and transformations.
