Job summary

You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to translate priorities into effective structures, accountabilities, spans and layers, and assure organizational health. This role drives transformation through COE oversight and clear guidance for design changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in organization design and enterprise transformation.
• Experience advising senior executives on organization design decisions and operating model choices.
• Experience leading organization design teams and enterprise design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise organization design and operating model strategy, standards, and methodologies.
• Govern enterprise organization design principles and frameworks across business units and FedEx companies.
• Lead governance and prioritization of organization design projects and COE support.
• Advise senior HR and business leaders on complex design decisions, including spans and layers.
