Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a senior leader to define and advance its enterprise organization design and operating model strategy. You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to translate priorities into effective operating models, governing design standards across the enterprise.

You will advise executives on complex choices, establish effectiveness standards, and enable HR partners to implement design changes through clear frameworks and governance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in organization design, operating model design, or related discipline in large, complex organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide organization design initiatives and major transformations.
• Proven advisory experience to senior executives on organization design and operating model decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve FedEx’s enterprise organization design strategy, methodologies, and standards.
• Govern enterprise organization design principles and frameworks in line with operating models and design standards.
• Lead governance and prioritization of organization design projects with COE support as needed.
