Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks to lead enterprise organization design and operating model initiatives to align workforce capabilities with business strategy. The role partners with senior HR and business leaders to translate priorities into scalable structures across the enterprise.

You will govern design principles, drive standards for effectiveness, and coach HRBPs through major transformations while ensuring compliance with global requirements and workforce planning objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in organization design, operating model design, or enterprise transformation within large, complex organizations.
• Experience advising senior executives on organization design decisions and governance.
• Strong knowledge of job architecture, leveling, and workforce planning in a global context.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve FedEx’s enterprise organization design strategy, methodologies, and standards.
• Establish and govern enterprise organization design principles and frameworks for alignment with operating models.
• Lead governance and prioritization of organization design projects and allocate COE support where needed.
• Advise senior HR and business leaders on complex organization design decisions and accountability structures.
• Establish and govern organizational effectiveness standards, including spans of control and structural efficiency.
• Enable HR Business Partners to execute organization and job design changes using clear frameworks and tools.
• Lead non-BAU organization design initiatives requiring specialized expertise and significant transformations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
