Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Experience in client relationship building and management.
• Strong capability in value architecture & realization.
• Proven storytelling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations from top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead transformations from strategy to activation to optimization across functions.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required (80%–100%).
