Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, or Shared Services Design.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and realize value.
• Strong storytelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and roadmaps to sustain change.
• Design future-proof enterprise operating models embracing the future of work.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive insights using data models.
• Develop client relationships with a long-term mindset.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Travel 80%–100%.
