Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior strategy and design leader to drive enterprise operating model transformations. You will work with senior clients to define strategy, design resilient operating models, and implement end-to-end changes across functions and geographies.

You will mentor teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and travel 80–100% as required, bringing deep consulting experience and a client-first mindset to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in organization strategy, design, operating model, or shared services.
• Proven client relationship management and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading enterprise transformations and multi-functional design initiatives.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile operating models and organizations.
• Build organizations from top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate shared services methods as enablers of new operating models.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization.
• Integrate across Accenture to align technology, operations, GenAI & data analytics.
• Lead teams in deriving insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop client relationships as a trusted advisor with a long-term focus.
• Contribute to thought leadership and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required (80%–100%).
