• Strong client relationship‑building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future‑proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models.
• Lead teams and manage client relationships with a long‑term perspective.
• Travel as required, 80%–100%.
