Job summary

A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of consulting experience are required, with bonus points for energy

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills for insights.

• Build organizations from the top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate shared services methods as a key enabler of new operating models.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation.
• Lead teams to derive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop client relationships as a trusted expert with a long-term mindset.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required (80–100%).
